where will the chargers play? arizona has a bye this weekend so i guess their home is our home? i'm excited to see chambers play -- give LT and gates a break...
so it's 1:00am right now and i'm still not at home -- it's been a long-ass day and tomorrow will just be longer. who knows what'll happen tomorrow -- just hotter weather, more santa ana's, and more displacement...
i'm currently with my bro in law's family in pq -- we got a reverse 9-1-1 call earlier today, but we're not yet moving... so far, no signs of fire in the scripps ranch area (according to nbc7)...

my fantasy football team sucks asshole. i can't explain it -- they just suck... i have no highlights on my team... i do, however, have names... like edge, benson, asselbeck (mark). since it's a keeper league, i'm pretty much gonna pull a "boston celtics" and throw each game so i can get better draft placement next year -- the other option is to do a fire sale... EVERYTHING MUST GO! SUNDAY! SUNDAY! SUNDAY!!
is it spring yet? padre fans have something to be excited about -- got some farm talent that may crack into the big leagues next year -- antonelli who'll take over marcus giles (and apparently looks like a cactus) [ stats ] and chase headley, who hit .330 in AA [ stats ].
but where will koozy go? headley's a 3B -- there are rumors that koozy may be pushed to LF -- but that sounds like a dumb idea (recall branyan -- ouch).
i wanna see hairston in LF full time if bradley isn't signed...

shoulda been the padres playing today (but losing)... oh well... now it's up to the management guys to get us some new blood -- dontrelle? that'd be kinda sick... i'd like anyone who can throw fire... we got peavy with the nasty stuff... filth, disgusting stuff...
saw cavemen [ abc ] and thought it was pretty funny -- i think the funniest part was them playing the wii... or even the line, "great.. now we're gonna listen to james blunt all weekend" -- the "pop culture references" (xine) are what make the show...
i also watch a relatively unknown show called "cash cab" [ discovery ], it's a game show that's played in a cab in nyc. i swear sarmad's gonna be on this show -- so i keep watching... still no appearance. the cool thing about the show is that the answers are fairly easy (general knowledge) so i feel smart in the end, which is what i need sometimes.
the season is no more for the padres... san diego sports just plain stinks this year (barring a miraculous comeback from the chargers)
that friggin game was one hell of a rollercoaster -- peavy was "ehhh," but the offense and the bullpen -- ohh the bullpen... pretty damn solid -- except for one person.. but i'm not gonna rant about him... retire? nah... he's still got some bullets in him -- weak ones... he can blow games, what closer doesn't? but damn, his pitches had no motion and were fuckin' beach balls
the balls were crushed to the gaps... crushed...
oh yea... and holliday missed the plate... but whatever... i can now watch baseball as an observer with no vested interest in the teams playing -- the way i'm used to...
