damn... even before black friday hit, i was in the red... i got 2 new rigs... desktop and notebook from dell (auntie dell -- stupid joe) early this week -- here are the specs (i had a ton of help from geoff -- no wonder he was a back-end manager at compusa):

oh yea... and i guess i gotta give huge thanks to mr. mclovin' -- greg. i wasn't gettin' any big screen tv's or anything -- just flash drives, laptop cooler pad, am/fm radio (long story short, it's for work during padres season) -- and he hooked it up. i owe him a few beers and a reacharound i guess... nice work on gettin' the ticket for the monitor at staples too -- xine owes you a beer too.. haha
there are some sik movies comin' out soon -- i am legend and the jj abrams one: cloverfield -- they have a real trailer up now and it looks nuts... [ check it out ]
then there's this random video -- i dunno if it's a real interview, but it's pretty funny. it kinda has the rhythm of a "who's on first" routine... just remember that the front's not supposed to fall off a tanker. [ video ]

finally -- the north light studios web site is done and live! [ link ] -- it took a while, but i'm finally glad to link it to my site (and eventually, the gorirra portfolio page)
to date, this is my best site -- i used a lot of new elements with this site and as always, it's simple, clean, and easy to use.
next in the queue -- la coupe -- sarmad's parent's business downtown [ link ]. that's the site that sarmad threw together so that they have at least some kind of web presence. this should be a fun site to make also: from taking photos at the salon to the overall design.
after that -- i think eric wants a piece of gorirra... i think we should trademark that.. "would you like a piece of gorirra?" (actually... maybe not...)
