so we auditioned the bassist (see previous post) today.... friggin awesome... he played 'take five' and 'the peanuts gang' -- the crazy chords he would play! i've never known anyone who played actual chords on a bass guitar...

hopefully he could jam with us some more... he seemed pretty down with our stuff... at least i hope... he's prolly writing about us on his myspace page: "these guys sucked... don't listen to them!" hhaha

so greg is apparently posting on craig's list for a new bassist... he's actually getting a few responses too... here's one of the highlights

this guy is almost TOO GOOD for brodie! that's a sweet riff tho... in his email, he states that he's not a soloist... that's funny that he says that.

we'll see what happens... hopefully it won't turn into an nbc dateline thing... "this isn't what it looks like..."

so i'm trying to increase my brain size by playing with my new ds lite (big brain academy) -- so far, my best grade is a B (brain of a lawyer too!)

wish there was another person who had a ds lite at work so i could battle

so i've made some upgrades in my life... i finally got a new car. gone are the days of excess... say hello to my new ride:

i haven't done anything to it... except for pad the back so whenever you guys wanna ride... i'll throw some jolly ranchers back there for ya.

other than that... just been busy at work and workin' on a couple of prospects for sites.

i finally got a computer upgrade at work... finally... makes work just that much more palatable.

got the padres 9 pk (nl east package) with christine:

• 2 rockies games, 2 dodger games, few others, and most notably, the bosox!

not to mention a few games that i might get from andy... aww yeah...

i can't wait for baseball season... even tho this is gonna be a rebuilding season... i even updated the google calendar button to have the padres schedule in it
