so i used my dell gift cards on this [ dell ] -- i've always wanted a gps thingy for my car and there was nothing else i coulda gotten with the cards so i said, why not? (and no, i didn't wanna get a wii, tim)
so i was tracking it online and i saw that dhl delivered it today -- much to my dismay, the box is opened and there is nothing inside... nothing? well ok... there was an instruction booklet... but there was no gps, no mounting bracket, no wires! so now i'm gonna have to friggin call india and state my case to them.. i have no idea how i'm going to prove this to them, but i'm gonna have to somehow.
this has to be their fault cuz the box itself didn't look tampered or anything... either way, dhl shouldn't have left it on my doorstep anyway... i thought the rule was: over $50, they leave a note and ask you if you wanna keep it there... or was it $500? i dunno... i guess they don't know how much the item is...
will keep you posted -- it's dell's fault and i'm asking for next day shipping... f-ers
at least i didn't find a rock inside the box!
